Le Chalet du Mont-Pèlerin

In Chasselas we trust

Jérôme Aké-Béda

Maître d’hôtel & sommelier, Chalet du Mont-Pèlerin

A restaurant, a view, wines: it’s precisely in this order that Chalet du Mont-Pèlerin likes to present itself. In addition to “La Fondue Avec Vue”, head chef Anthony Leca strives to offer a local, seasonal menu.

Located at the top of the funicular linking Vevey to Mont-Pèlerin, with an incredible panoramic view of Lake Geneva and the Alps, Chalet du Mont-Pèlerin is a veritable haven of peace. In the dining room, Jérôme Aké-Béda – 2015 Sommelier of the Year – guides guests through the subtleties of Swiss and international wines.
