The Auberge de la Cergniaulaz is a friendly, family-run establishment offering relaxed, attentive service to the sound of cowbells grazing in the surrounding pastures.

 

Located in Orgevaux, on the heights of Montreux, with easy access by public transport, the Auberge de la Cergniaulaz offers cuisine in harmony with the seasons. Here, chef Lisa Stucki works with raw ingredients carefully selected from local producers to concoct a menu that includes vegetarian dishes and house classics such as rabbit à la tessinoise.
